Does your question or requirement not fit into the individual thematic services? Are you not sure or are you only solving a minor issue and need a consultation or advice from a local person? Do you need advice or possibly find a suitable solution and provide the necessary information?
You can contact us with both small and more extensive questions and problems that you have to face as a foreigner in Czech Republic.

At the same time, you may also find yourself in a situation where you need or would like to have a local person with knowledge of Czech with you, for example when handling official matters or visiting a doctor. Unfortunately, you will not always come across a person who speaks English and is able and willing to explain everything to you, at least in English. We are here for you even in such cases.
