Welcome to Czechia provides professional assistance and support services in full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Our activities are carried out responsibly, transparently, and with respect for legal, ethical, and moral standards.
1. Lawful and Ethical Scope of Services We provide only lawful services and operate strictly within the boundaries of applicable legislation. We do not assist with, facilitate, or participate in any activities that would violate legal regulations, public order, or generally accepted ethical and moral principles. Our services are provided in accordance with, in particular:
- Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code
- Act No. 40/2009 Coll., the Criminal Code
- Act No. 141/1961 Coll., the Criminal Procedure Code
- Act No. 455/1991 Coll., the Trade Licensing
- Act Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on Certain Measures Against the Legalization of Proceeds from Crime and Financing of Terrorism (AML Act)
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
2. Moral and Ethical Standards In addition to legal compliance, we adhere to strong moral and ethical principles. We expect all cooperation to respect honesty, integrity, mutual respect, and responsibility. We reserve the right not to engage in requests that, while not explicitly unlawful, would conflict with:
- generally accepted moral or ethical standards,
- principles of fairness and transparency,
- respect for individuals, institutions, or local customs.
3. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or terminate the provision of services at any stage if:
- the requested service conflicts with applicable laws or regulations,
- the request raises reasonable concerns regarding legality, ethics, or misuse,
- the cooperation could expose us or third parties to legal, reputational, or ethical risk.
This right may be exercised without the obligation to provide detailed justification, particularly where professional discretion or confidentiality applies.
4. Duty to Cooperate with Authorities While discretion and confidentiality are core principles of our services, we are legally obliged to cooperate with competent public authorities when required by applicable law, particularly in accordance with the Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, and AML legislation.
Such cooperation is carried out strictly within the scope mandated by law.
5. Confidentiality and Professional Discretion We treat all client information as confidential and handle it with a high level of professional discretion. This applies to private individuals, corporate clients, delegations, and VIP persons alike. Confidentiality and trust are fundamental to our way of working and form the basis of long-term client relationships.
6. Professional Responsibility Our goal is to provide reliable, respectful, and responsible support while maintaining clear boundaries. We aim to protect both our clients and ourselves by ensuring that all services are provided in a lawful, ethical, and professionally appropriate manner.

The data controller is Welcome to Czechia (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).
2. Scope of Processed Personal Data
The Controller may process the following personal data, depending on the nature of the requested service:

- Information necessary for providing requested services
- Communication records related to service provision
No special categories of personal data are processed unless strictly necessary and explicitly agreed.

The Controller does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Access to personal data is limited strictly to authorized persons who require it to perform their duties.
11. Confidentiality of Information
All information shared by clients in connection with the provision of services is treated as confidential. Such information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the client’s request or delivering agreed services. Special care is taken to ensure discretion and privacy for VIP clients, public figures, and clients with heightened confidentiality requirements. Client-related information is not disclosed beyond what is strictly necessary for service delivery and is never made public without the client’s explicit consent, unless required by law.
